Richard Hamilton

Richard Hamilton is a seasoned business leader with more than 25 years of global experience driving strategy, top line growth, operational excellence, and competitive advantage for engineering, construction, and industrial services organizations. As the founder of Promoveo Group LLC, Richard leverages deep expertise in strategy, business development, operations, and risk management to help small/mid-sized businesses and project developers scale profitably and sustainably.
His career includes leading projects, businesses, and international joint ventures across energy, industrial infrastructure, power, hydrogen, LNG, chemicals, and data centers — delivering measurable results in growth, efficiency, and resilience. Richard combines strategic vision with practical execution, helping clients:

A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, he served in Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Richard blends disciplined leadership with innovative problem-solving to deliver performance excellence from conceptual planning to operations and maintenance.
Richard married his wife, Arlene, after graduating from West Point. Together, they have two sons, two daughters-in-law, a daughter and two awesome pups Rider and Kuma. They were blessed with the arrival of their first grandchild in August of 2025.
